Description
The tempest series comes with a 3-stage rocker line. This distinct rocker line hits the wake and with the kinked tip/tail the board tends to shoot the rider higher in the air for a more abrupt pop off the transition. This style of board also allows riders behind small to moderate size wakes still get some good airtime. Two center detachable fins and 4 outer molded-in fins close to the rail of the board help the board hook up quick and hard. Riders rely more on the rail of the board with a knees bent, crouched down style of boarding.
Full-Length Step Down Rail - a deep rail makes the board sit deeper for a tighter feel with the water.
"V" Bottom Full-Length Tunnel - breaks up the water on landings and increases the water contact for a more stable/stronger edge hold.
0.4" Deep Outer fins - these molded-in fins help stomp landings more consistently.
Two 1.7" Poly Fins - riders looking for stability in a fin with a slightly quicker release off the wake.
